First off, each day has its own short devotional and meal plan. There are also 6 posts for preparation that you can take a day each to read or read all in one day.
If you find certain foods too challenging or have an aversion or allergy, just leave it out or replace it with something more appropriate or appealing for you. The most important thing is that you use this is a springboard to get back into healthy eating or create lasting change in your new lifestyle.
