  1. Hi Courtney,
Can you tell me your opinion on eating lot’s of papaya daily in smoothies or whole for a people with cancer and also your opinion on eating or juicing/blending carrots because of the natural sugar in carrots, it scares me . Please tell me your opinion?

    Thank you

  2. I need your help… Are you still “in” with Dr. Szabo? Long story short, my 19 year old daughter has relapsed with Hodgkins Lymphoma. WE thought she beat it with chemo last year but it has come back in both places as before. We are with Dr. Blum at Emory. While we like her, she has zero interest in holistic things. The most I got out of her was “take a good multi vitamin”. Since my daughter has relapsed , she is starting a much tougher regime since supposedly the cancer is “resistant “. She has done one three day stay in the hospital with ICE and a clinical trial. After one more , she is supposed to get a stem cell transplant. We are not feeling good about this. I contacted Dr. Szabos office and he is not taking new patients. I just want his opinion on what he thinks alternatively. This is my daughters life so we are desperate to find a cure without the transplant.
Also, do you have any research on if water fasting can help?

    • Oh Lisa, I am so sorry to hear of your daughter relapsing. I don’t know where you are in your journey of looking into alternative medicine, but there are a few things I think would be helpful to you. Dr. Anja Sonst (www.anjasonst.com) is local and although not a practicing MD in the U.S, she is licensed in Germany. She does cancer coaching and is an expert in fasting. She offers coaching and can guide you through testing as well. I am not in with Dr. Szabo and have heard that he isn’t taking new patients for a while now. I am praying for your daughter and for you. <>

    • I’m not sure if you’ve been able to fine any help yet but I would likewise recommend Courtney’s reference from another comment-My Kid Cures Cancer or the Stern Method website. It’s the same family but they aside from all their video resources and interviews and lifestyle changes as a family with children dealing with cancer, they are also doing a membership with the ability to frequent any weekly questions to some renouned Integrative Oncologists. I hope this helps in any way, praying for you and your family

  3. I frequently make a smoothie with one quarter of an avocado, 1/2 cup strawberries, 1/4 cup blueberries, 2 cups packed spinach, and 1 cup water. I freeze these as smoothie packs to avoid using ice. Will adding the Budwig mixture to this be ok? I fell in love with your strawberry mixture but I want to mix things up a little. Thanks!

  4. Hi Courtney I am new to your website and love it. I am 2 years after mastectomy using methods I read about and I did do a few rounds of Herceptin. I go to the CTCA in Newnan and they think I am nuts for not doing chemo. Please suggest a DR in GA for Natural remedies that is not so terribly expensive if you know of any. I have Ins but as you know alternative is not covered. Thanks for any help.

  5. Hi Courtney,

The chocolate stevia link that you provided is not working. I’ve been trying to find a trustable brand to use. Which brand do you recommend that I use? Alot of them say “natural flavors” and I’m not sure if that is very trustworthy.
    Thank you
    Dana

    • Hey Dana, the brand I used for the longest time is Stevita. I called about their “natural flavors” and felt confident after them sharing the location of their farms and there policies and their cocoa processing techniques. Thank you for letting me know about the link!

  6. Hi Cortney.i have question about raw diet during healing time. Can i have raw honey instead stevia? Can i have raw cheese sometime ? Any bread in this diet ? Thank u in advance .Elena.

    • No to raw cheese during healing season. honey depends on which protocol you’re using. I didn’t use any since I was reducing all sugar. Bread is zero to minimal. Mostly zero. I would have a slice or two a few days a week of Ezekiel bread or olive oil as a reward but most holistic cancer experts would so NO to bread.

  7. My son was diagnosed with NLPHL when he was 11. We had just moved to Florida and a lump on his neck was detected and we were sent to a ENT specialist. Everything in our lives started spinning out of control. We were rushed into surgery and told that they would do a biopsy and if it was cancer they would not take it out. The removed the tumor and the next day told us he had cancer. We were devastated and they quickly moved us into a room where the Oncology Dr was waiting. They brought in a clergyman who was supposedly there to help but just made us more afraid. After many tests and every scan possible I found a doctor at St. Jude who said she could cure him. The first treatment failed. The second treatment was RCHOP, he was 13 by that time. Your the only other person we know that has had this rare lymphoma. He has not gone back for his follow up yet, it will be a year off treatment in August. I found your site and have many regrets. I wish I had found you sooner…I wish everything wasn’t moving so fast. We cry a lot. I have started him on a new diet using many of the recipes you used to heal yourself. THANK YOU for posting your story…sharing your life and giving us hope.

  8. Hi Courtney my name is Nathan. I want to ask you about cottage cheese substitution. Can i substitute cottage cheese with low fat milk? I can’t find any product of cheese in my country. Please help.

  9. This is so awesome, you put a lot of time and effort into assembling all this information together. I’ve read some of it in different places but to have it all together in one place makes life a dream! Thank you, thank you!

  10. Hi Courtney, i am looking for testing for my circulation tumor cells to get a base line, more than my pet scan or mri, thank you for your site. There is so many kinds of tests and costs it is confusing and just need help to find the right one., thank you.

    • I think the CTC is one of the best tests right now to monitor with. There is an entire list I saw the other day…in the video from March 4th, 2017 with Dr. Wichman. The whole presentation is fantastic.

  11. Hi I have been asking questions but getting no answers. Can someone please help? Are all the foods listed here for while you are treating cancer? Or for later? I have been looking at the 3 day menu plan and it is quite different. Living mostly on juices and green smoothies. But her I see lots of other foods listed so just wondering what to really follow just starting on this? Thanks!

    • Hi Karolyn! I followed a specific protocol in Bill Henderson’s book “Cancer-Free: Your Guide to Gentle, Non-toxic Healing.” All of these recipes are for that protocol. 🙂

  12. HI Cortney I have just come across your website. It is very heartening to read your story ! Thank you. Lots of great stuff here to read!!

I have started the Budwig diet and it suggests that you shouldn’t take supplements. I was taking vitamin C, vitamin E, zinc, selenium, curcumin and magnesium.

Through my research it also suggests that you can take supplements but not within 2 – 3 hours of the CC/Flaxseed Oil mixture.

Any information or thoughts greatly appreciated.

  13. hi Courtney my name is Keith, June of 2015 I was diagnosed with nasal carsonomia and went through Chemo and Radiation.. I do not want that again …so I’m jumping on the band wagon
i see where you use Stevie and Ezekiel bread, how is that ?and I love your site
