Anna’s Frozen Chocolate Green Smoothie

Anna_smoothie

I love this smoothie. My kids REALLY love this smoothie. And it’s easy and flexible…and tastes like CHOCOLATE!

And if you have a daughter who loves the movie “Frozen”, you can tell her Anna loves this smoothie (with a wink of course.) She’ll be even more eager to slurp it down. (Anna scarfs chocolate in the movie) “I want to stuff some chocolate in my faaaaaaace.” Don’t hate me for getting that song in your head again! 🙂

Anna’s Frozen Chocolate Green Smoothie:

Ingredients: (blend together)

  • 2 bananas (also delicious with frozen bananas but make sure to omit the ice in the next step)
  • 1 1/2 – 2 cups ice
  • 2-3 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 10-15 drops chocolate stevia (regular would work too if you don’t have chocolate)
  • 1 handful of spinach (less or more depending on your taste)
  • vegan protein powder (or a grass-fed whey protein)
  • 10-15 raw cashews
  • 1 cup (or so) of almond milk or water

It should blend a chocolate-y color, depending on how much spinach you add. I love my Vitamix for the best, most Frosty like blending. Refurbished models with 5-year warranty and brand new containers (and free shipping too!) are only $299 now! Click HERE for the deal. 🙂

  1. I wanted to say I fully believe Kevin’s comment in the video. He said he heard in his left
ear this is not for you. I stopped the video and just stared at him after he’d made that comment.
I know other people who have heard things said to them even in the middle of falling.
I also have my own event just moments after a near death experience and I absolutely believe him.
It’s a crystal clear voice and quiet, but no one is there. Something was said to me also. I will not express it more than that. But thanks to Kevin for mentioning it on the video. Prayers to you both.

I would prefer not to be posted on line please if that might be possible, regardless, no reply is needed, expected or necessary.

  2. Hello and congratulations on beating cancer. 🙂 I’m on a journey for physical and spiritual healing as well. I’m a 41 year old woman (believer) with 3 kids. I was diagnosed with both type 1 diabetes and hodgkins lymphoma within the last 9 months. This has been an emotional roller coaster to say the least. God has really done a great work in me this last week by giving me such a peace that I haven’t had. Do you know of anyone who has beat both with a complete turn around in diet? I have been trying to eat a diet to work on both sides. Thank you! Renee Young
