<p>Oh my gosh, how I LOVE a delish guacamole recipe. Back in the P.C.D. (pre-cancer days,) I could put down an entire bag of tortilla chips in one sitting if you gave me enough guacamole to pair it with.</p>
<p>Nowadays a bottomless basket of tortilla chips is a thing of the past, but I can still savor and cherish my guacamole! This recipe is naturally paired with two other anti-cancer powerhouses: peppers and carrots for scooping.<span id="more-6657"></span></p>
<p><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-6759" src="http://www.anticancermom.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/guacamole_boats_1b.jpg" alt="guacamole_boats_1b" width="700" height="467" srcset="https://www.anticancermom.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/guacamole_boats_1b.jpg 700w, https://www.anticancermom.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/guacamole_boats_1b-570x380.jpg 570w, https://www.anticancermom.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/guacamole_boats_1b-518x346.jpg 518w, https://www.anticancermom.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/guacamole_boats_1b-250x166.jpg 250w, https://www.anticancermom.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/guacamole_boats_1b-82x55.jpg 82w, https://www.anticancermom.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/guacamole_boats_1b-600x400.jpg 600w" sizes="(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px" /></p>
