Summer is HOT! So what better way to refresh ourselves than with a tropical green smoothie?! This recipe was originally part of our 14 Day Summer Cleanse, but it is so good and a great beginner’s smoothie that I wanted to feature it here! Read on for the recipe!

Tropi-Fab Pineapple-Orange-Banana- Coconut Smoothie

1 orange

1 cup pineapple

1 banana

large handful of spinach

1 Tbsp coconut oil

2 ice cubes

Add water as needed is consistency is too thick, Blend in Vitamix or blender until desired consistency is achieved.
