<p>This 3-day cancer fighting meal plan is what I used to help my body heal from cancer 10 years ago. It is loaded with anti-cancer fighting recipes and I think you&#8217;ll find it so helpful!</p>
<p>Just the other night a friend here in Atlanta who is <a href="http://www.anticancermom.com/alternative-breast-cancer-survivors/">healing from her breast cancer naturally</a> texted me to ask if she could talk with me &#8220;real quick.&#8221; I had a brief moment between diaper changes and cleaning <a href="http://www.anticancermom.com/sneaky-chocolate-green-smoothie/">green smoothie</a> off of my kitchen blinds, so I snuck off to the garage to sit on my <a href="http://www.anticancermom.com/detox-jump-around/">rebounder</a> and call her. (I should have been <a href="http://www.anticancermom.com/detox-jump-around/">bouncing</a> but I had no idea how serious the call might be&#8230;)<span id="more-5940"></span></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Basically, this is what she said: <strong>&#8220;I NEED YOU TO TELL ME WHAT TO EAT!&#8221;</strong></p>
<p>I smiled, a bit puzzled and ask her &#8220;OK, liiiiike&#8230;you need to know what&#8217;s OK to eat, or you need me to give you some ideas&#8230;?&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;No,&#8221; she said. &#8220;I need you to tell me what I should eat RIGHT NOW. I just can&#8217;t think of food and what to eat and I&#8217;m starving and my kitchen is a mess from cooking for my family and I just can&#8217;t have anymore of the same thing I&#8217;ve been eating. And I&#8217;m about to just eat a pound of almonds again because they don&#8217;t require any chopping or messing up another dish or kitchen appliance!&#8221;</p>
<p>I smiled at her honesty and empathized. I&#8217;ve SOOO been here. Being the mom while healing cancer naturally is SUPER HARD. You still have your role as &#8220;mom&#8221; and everyone is still depending on us for food, love, hygiene&#8230;EVERYTHING and often it is exhausting to take care of yourself and your high maintenance and time consuming diet.</p>
<p>I remember MANY TIMES (and I actually still want this some days) wanting to just hook myself up to a feeding tube that will download green smoothie and juices into my body while I sit and read a magazine for 5 minutes. (This is partly why <a href="http://www.anticancermom.com/the-birth-of-green-drink/">I LOVE green veggie smoothies</a>&#8211; it&#8217;s the closest to a feeding tube I&#8217;m going to get!)</p>
<p>I told her in that moment to cut open an avocado and put sea salt on it and have some almonds, too. (Just not a pound of them) to get her through that night. Then I told her she needs a plan. Everyday she needs to wake up early and make sure her food is <a href="http://www.anticancermom.com/14-day-summer-cleanse-salads-and-smoothies/">set and prepared.</a></p>
<p>This <strong>3-Day Cancer Fighting Meal Plan</strong> is a great place for all of us to start. <p><strong>Three Days of Cancer Fighting “Meals”</strong></p>

<p><strong>Day 1:</strong></p>

<p><strong>Breakfast-</strong> <a href="http://www.anticancermom.com/the-budwig-protocol-ccfo/">“CCFO” 2/3c 1% or 1.5% cottage cheese blended with 6 Tbsp organic flaxseed oil.</a> Add 12 drops chocolate stevia to make <a href="http://www.anticancermom.com/budwig_chocolate_pudding/">Budwig Chocolate Pudding</a>. 30 minutes before eating drink <a href="http://www.ancient5.com/Ojibwa-Tea-of-Life-Essiac-Tea-Liquid-p/oji-essiactea-32oz.htm">Essiac tea</a> and 5 minutes after eating CCFO drink <a href="http://www.anticancermom.com/foods-you-need-japanese-green-tea/">1 cup Japanese green tea.</a></p>
<p><strong>AM Snack-</strong> Cucumber-Carrot Kale juice (1 organic cucumber, 6<a href="http://www.cancure.org/cancer_fighting_foods.htm"> carrots,</a> 4 <a href="http://www.anticancermom.com/dark-leafy-greens/">leaves kale</a>) Juice in <a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0002VAFVG/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&amp;camp=1789&amp;creative=390957&amp;creativeASIN=B0002VAFVG&amp;linkCode=as2&amp;tag=gredridia-20&amp;linkId=FE5MZGIBTLCFU7PJ">juicer.</a></p>
<p><strong>Lunch-</strong> <a href="http://www.anticancermom.com/the-birth-of-green-drink/">64oz Green Smoothie</a> (<a href="http://www.anticancermom.com/cruciferous-vegetables/">1 bunch watercress</a>, 1/2 bunch cilantro, 1/8 head of green or red cabbage, 1/2 green pepper, <a href="http://www.anticancermom.com/cruciferous-vegetables/">3 cauliflower florets</a>, 2 carrots, <a href="http://www.anticancermom.com/cruciferous-vegetables/">1/2c broccoli sprouts</a>, sprouted or cooked lentils, 1/2 avocado, 1 apple, <a href="http://www.anticancermom.com/foods-you-need-cancer-fighting-spices/">1/4″ piece of turmeric</a>, 20-30 oz of filtered water.) 1 cup Japanese green tea.</p>
<p><strong>PM Snack-</strong> Sprouted Ezekiel Bread (toasted lightly, 1-2 slices with 3 Tbsp olive oil and a small amount of sea salt or Herbamare, oregano, basil, and pepper.) 1 cup Japanese green tea. Drink water!<strong><br />

<p><strong>Dinner-</strong> <a href="http://www.anticancermom.com/14-day-summer-cleanse-salads-and-smoothies/">BIG Salad</a> (<a href="http://www.anticancermom.com/dark-leafy-greens/">3 cups spinach,</a> 1/4 red <a href="http://www.anticancermom.com/foods-you-need-garlic-and-onions/">onion</a>, <a href="http://www.cancure.org/cancer_fighting_foods.htm">1/2 avocado</a>, 1/2c sprouted organic almonds, 1/2 tomato, <a href="http://www.anticancermom.com/cruciferous-vegetables/">10 florets broccoli,</a> 1/2 red pepper, 1 handful sunflower sprouts, topped with olive oil and apple cider vinegar and Herbamare.)</p>
<p><strong>Dessert-</strong> 1 cup <a href="http://www.ancient5.com/Ojibwa-Tea-of-Life-Essiac-Tea-Liquid-p/oji-essiactea-32oz.htm">Essiac Tea</a> before bed.</p>

<p><strong>Day 2:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Breakfast-</strong> <a href="http://www.anticancermom.com/the-budwig-protocol-ccfo/">“CCFO” (2/3c 1% or 1.5% cottage cheese blended with 6 Tbsp organic flaxseed oil.</a> Add 1/2c <a href="http://www.anticancermom.com/foods-you-need-berries/">organic blueberries</a> and 1/2c soaked walnuts after mixing.) 30 minutes before eating drink <a href="http://www.ancient5.com/Ojibwa-Tea-of-Life-Essiac-Tea-Liquid-p/oji-essiactea-32oz.htm">Essiac tea</a> and 5 minutes after eating CCFO drink 1 cup Pau D’Arco tea.</p>
<p><strong>AM Snack- </strong>Cucumber-Ginger Beet juice (1 cucumber, 1 medium size beet, 1/4&#8243; piece ginger) Juice in <a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0002VAFVG/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&amp;camp=1789&amp;creative=390957&amp;creativeASIN=B0002VAFVG&amp;linkCode=as2&amp;tag=gredridia-20&amp;linkId=FE5MZGIBTLCFU7PJ">juicer. </a></p>
<p><strong>Lunch-</strong> <a href="http://www.anticancermom.com/14-day-summer-cleanse-salads-and-smoothies/">64oz Green Smoothie </a>(1 pepper any color, 1 handful sunflower sprouts, 1/2c broccoli sprouts, <a href="http://www.anticancermom.com/cruciferous-vegetables/">1/8 red or green cabbage</a>, 1/2 avocado, 1/2c sprouted lentils, 4 raw <a href="http://www.anticancermom.com/cruciferous-vegetables/">brussel sprouts</a>, 1 apple, 1/4 <a href="http://www.anticancermom.com/foods-you-need-garlic-and-onions/">onion</a>, <a href="http://www.anticancermom.com/dark-leafy-greens/">3 leaves swiss chard</a>. 20-30oz filtered water) 1 cup Pau-D’Arco tea.</p>
<p><strong>PM Snack-</strong> 3/4c <a href="http://www.amazon.com/Food-For-Life-Ezekiel-Sprouted/dp/B000LKYWZI">Almond Ezekiel Cereal</a> with 1/2c unsweetened almond milk. Stevia to taste. 1 cup Pau D’Arco tea.</p>
<p><strong>Dinner-</strong> BIG Salad (3 cups baby greens, <a href="http://www.anticancermom.com/foods-you-need-garlic-and-onions/">1/4 onion</a>, 1/2 tomato, cooked beans, chopped cilantro, homemade guacamole, <a href="http://www.anticancermom.com/cruciferous-vegetables/">10 cauliflower florets</a>, 1/4c soaked almonds with olive oil and lemon or apple cider vinegar.) 10 steamed asparagus on the side with light sea salt.</p>
<p><strong>Dessert-</strong> 1 cup E<a href="http://www.ancient5.com/Ojibwa-Tea-of-Life-Essiac-Tea-Liquid-p/oji-essiactea-32oz.htm">ssiac Tea</a> before bed.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Day 3:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Breakfast-</strong> <a href="http://www.anticancermom.com/the-budwig-protocol-ccfo/">“CCFO” (2/3c 1% or 1.5% cottage cheese blended with 6 Tbsp organic flaxseed oil. </a>Add 1/2c organic <a href="http://www.anticancermom.com/foods-you-need-berries/">strawberries</a> and 1/2c soaked walnuts after mixing.) 30 minutes before eating drink <a href="http://www.ancient5.com/Ojibwa-Tea-of-Life-Essiac-Tea-Liquid-p/oji-essiactea-32oz.htm">Essiac tea</a> and 5 minutes after eating CCFO drink 1 cup <a href="http://paudarco.org/">Pau D’Arco tea.</a></p>
<p><strong>AM Snack-</strong> 1 avocado and small amount of sea salt. 16-24oz of filtered water.</p>
<p><strong>Lunch-</strong> <a href="http://www.anticancermom.com/14-day-summer-cleanse-salads-and-smoothies/">64oz Green Smoothie</a> (<a href="http://www.anticancermom.com/dark-leafy-greens/">2 large handfuls spinach</a>, 3/4c cooked or sprouted lentils, 1/2 avocado, 1 medium tomato, 2 carrots, 1 pepper, 1/2c broccoli sprouts, 1 apple, 1 handful buckwheat or pea sprouts, 2-3 large pieces of dulse seaweed.) <a href="http://www.anticancermom.com/foods-you-need-japanese-green-tea/">1 cup Japanese Green Tea.</a></p>
<p><strong>PM Snack-</strong> Sprouted Ezekiel Bread (toasted lightly, 1-2 slices with 3 Tbsp olive oil and a small amount of sea salt or Herbamare, oregano, basil, and pepper.) 1 cup Japanese green tea. Drink water!</p>
<p><strong>Dinner-</strong> BIG Salad- 2 large handfuls chopped romaine, 1/2 red pepper, 10 broccoli florets, <a href="http://www.anticancermom.com/foods-you-need-garlic-and-onions/">1/2 onion</a>, 3/4c cooked beans, 1 sliced carrot, 1/2 chopped tomato, 1/4c soaked and sprouted almonds, 1/2 avocado, 1 apple chopped, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, (or low sugar organic dressing of your choice.) Nutritional yeast.</p>
<p><strong>Dessert-</strong> 1 cup <a href="http://www.ancient5.com/Ojibwa-Tea-of-Life-Essiac-Tea-Liquid-p/oji-essiactea-32oz.htm">Essiac Tea</a> before bed.</p>
